The construction industry presents various risks due to the handling of heavy materials and the complexity of operations. We recognize that the accident rate in this sector is significantly high. Therefore, the health and safety of our employees and everyone involved in our projects are our number one priority.

Preventing occupational injuries and promoting sustainable, environmentally responsible activities form the core of our health and safety policy. Before starting any project, we identify and assess potential hazards, implementing necessary control measures to minimize or eliminate the possibility of incidents.

Our internal safety manual complies with the guidelines of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), and we promote a culture of zero tolerance for unsafe practices by conducting regular training sessions for our employees and partners, ensuring they perform their duties safely.

As a result of our prudent health and safety planning, we are proud to maintain a remarkably low rate of incidents, even minor ones, at our workplaces.
